Its been a roller coaster of a ride so far! The enormity of emotions from finding that initial lump, waiting for results, finding out it is cancer, to what type of cancer is HUGE and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone (yet there are so many of us going through it every day).
Not only is it your own emotions but also those closest to you, and in my case Charlie, Sylvia and Sam - every day is different and every day there's been something to take on and deal with, but we've made it through those first few weeks and now we're ready to kick cancer to the curb. My girls are my 'chicken wings' (not quite sure how it started), my biggest supporters and I'm lucky to have such a wonderful husband Sam who also is there for me 100% of the way.
